Apple Spice Muffins on a Rainy Spring Day

Apple Spice Muffins, Breakfast, Cinnamon and Sugar, Apple MuffinsUnless you live in the mountains, or near a lot of evergreens, Colorado winters here in the foothills of Denver tend to be rather brown and blah when there's no snow on the ground, and the nondescript scenery in our neighborhood has me longing for the end of winter.
