Who would have thought so much could change in six months? But that's all it's taken for the tiny little baby we brought home to grow into such a sweet little boy with the most adorable squeaky giggle and happy, silly personality.
To celebrate his half-birthday, I took a whole bunch of photos to document this phase of his life, and he was such a good little sport for all the photo taking (with my husband standing just out of sight of the camera to make sure he didn't topple over, since he's just now sitting on his own, and is still as wobbly as a weeble). These are just a few of my favorites, and I still can't decide which ones I like the best.
There was cake, too, which he didn't get to taste, since I'd like to hold off a bit more on encouraging his sweet tooth. But he loved looking at the balloon topper and sticking his fingers in the buttercream. I just can't believe he's halfway to one!

To create the fondant plaque, I used Craftsy's frame cutter and fondant letter embossers to stamp the "six months" letters into the fondant. I just love how it looks!
